Perform a System Restore

1. Click Start > All Programs

2. Click Accessories > System Tools

3. Click System Restore

4. Click Next

5. Choose a Restore Point (the last time the machine was running properly)

6. Click Finish*

*The machine will reboot before the process is complete. Do not turn off the machine while the restore process is completing.
